I made chicken pot pie and collard greens for lunch today and it probably only costed me $10 and it fed my husband and I twice! For chicken, I boiled 3 pieces of drumsticks the night before and then used frozen vegetables, canned cream of chicken, milk and some bisquick mix for the rest of the ingredients for the pot piece! It came out great. To make it a healthier meal, I sauteed some collard greens with salt and garlic as a side. My husband loved it!
