Things I've learned from being a CMT for Global Hyatt

Posted by Sailorgirlfriend.com on Thursday, May 22, 2014,
When I was a senior and about to graduate from my university, I applied and got interviewed for a Corporate Management Trainee position for Global Hyatt. It's kind of like being an extern except you get paid anywhere between $30,000 and $35,000 a year (this was in 2006). You learn all the operations of every single department of a Hyatt hotel but your direct boss is the Human Resources Director. After being accepted, I was so thrilled. I actually had a plan after I graduated college. Only 1% ...

I don't like to be around my parents as an adult because of the things I remembered from my childhood

Posted by Sailorgirlfriend.com on Friday, June 21, 2013,

I was watching a movie about freedom earlier tonight and it affected me in a way that brought some sad memories of when I was a child.

I remember when I was about to turn 12, my parents started comparing me to my friends. No matter how well I did in school and how good of a kid I turned out to be, they were never proud of me and always had negative things to say. When I was in summer school before I went to middle school, I wanted to take drama class since it was part of the summer school opt...

Pretty Pictures of Busch Gardens Williamsburg in Williamsburg, Va

Posted by Sailorgirlfriend.com on Tuesday, May 21, 2013,
We went to Busch Gardens Williamsburg for the first time in May 2013 and we were very happy with our adventure. The rollercoasters were scary, there was a lot to see with themed European countries and animals and the weather was perfect. See the pictures I took from that pretty day at the park below.

We bought a fun pass that's good for the whole summer because it was the same price as a one day pass for $70. However, if I were to do it all over again, I would go on the AAA website to get dis...

Bojangles is better than KFC

Posted by Till Master on Tuesday, January 29, 2013,
I went to Bojangles for the very first time in South Carolina and I've got to say that I think this place has better fried chicken than KFC. I grew up eating KFC so this is a bold statement. I recommend that anyone need to try this if they are in the South! Don't pass it up. It comes in a nice box with cajun fried chicken!

Famous Sutton's Drug Store near UNC (they have good burgers!) and it's inside a drug store. What?

Posted by Till Master on Tuesday, January 29, 2013,
Have you ever heard of a good sandwich/burger joint inside of a drug store? I know it's weird. If I didn't see it for myself, I would never thought that would work! Sutton's Drug Store is a well known drug store/restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC near the University of North Carolina (UNC) campus where the tar heels roam the land. You've got to try it if you're visiting. They make great burgers. I am very surprised and it does make you feel odd if this is your first time coming here. Look at the p...

Golden Corral instead of Hometown Buffet in North Carolina

Posted by Till Master on Tuesday, January 29, 2013,
In North Carolina when I was visiting, Golden Corral was the more popular thing than Hometown Buffet for the area and I went for my very first time at 29 years old. My grandpa in law took me here and it was delicious! I can see why he raves about this place! There is so much food. There is no way you can try everything! They have a nice salad bar, bbq section, chocolate fountain in the dessert section and also an Chinese section with Chinese food. It was unbelievable!

I'm so happy. When I got home, I can't wait to see what the invitations looks like inside the boxes! We ordered and customized them from the internet so to hold them in our hands is so neat! I think David's Bridal nicely packaged them! They were inside 5 different sized boxes for each of the items. See photos below.
