How many breastfeeding mothers get mastitis?

Happy Aoril Fool's Day! A few weeks ago, I wrote a blog about mastitis and how I was admitted to ER for this painful infection in my right boob. Well, I thought about it some more today and wondered how many breast feeders get mastitis? Is it a high percentage? I tried to look for a study on that but couldn't locate it. 

The hospital gave me antibiotics to treat it and it went away a few days after  but how did people treat it pre-antibiotic days? Did a lot of mothers die from it?

I don't like to be around my parents as an adult because of the things I remembered from my childhood

I was watching a movie about freedom earlier tonight and it affected me in a way that brought some sad memories of when I was a child.

Pensacola, Florida has a beautiful white sand beach that is breath-taking

We went to Pensacola Beach over the weekend to meet up with our friends and I was so taken away by the beautiful beach. The sand is like a powder and the water is so clear and warm. We also dined at nearby seafood restaurants with very inexpensive oysters. Everything is so fresh. See pictures below from our adventure. 
The beach is so clean and beautiful.

Stressed out Bride-to-be - How to cope

I am at the one month mark before my wedding takes place and I am so stressed out.

I have contacted all of my vendors (either called or emailed them) for the last three days to confirm when they'll be at my wedding site and am finishing up last projects in the next week.

My last projects include having my last hair trial, decorating party favors and completing seating chart/guest list for place cards.

Military Health Benefits for Wife - We are getting next month.

My fiance and I are looking at what Tricare has and what the instructions are to get me set-up to get health insurance through his military Tricare system.
