Last month, we stayed at the Hyatt Place City Center in downtown Charlotte, NC for a night and it was a really great hotel. I was really impressed with its location and the rooftop restaurant in the building. This seems to be a higher end Hyatt Place, very comparable to a Hyatt Regency. I recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay with luxury in downtown Charlotte. Make sure you go to the Olympic Park Area in Atlanta, Georgia. It's a nice area with a water playing area for the kids, a lot of green grass and views of downtown's skyscrapers and ferris wheel. Here are my pictures below.

We wanted to find a Vietnamese restaurant that was closest to the hotel that we were staying at in downtown and our map linked us to Dua Vietnamese Noodle Soup (53 Broad St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303). It had good reviews and it was only within walking distance from the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Atlanta. When we got there around 7pm, we've discovered that it had already closed. I guess a lot of the businesses on that street closes at 6pm or something for some reason?

Westin Town Lake in Virginia Beach definitely made it to the top 5 stay list for hotels for me. They are efficient and workers are true professionals! It is also really close to many bars and restaurant and they also have their own bar inside. We were immediately impressed as we stepped in and saw the lobby. See lobby picture below.
