I applied the Wart & Mole Vanish cream to my six syringoma bumps a few days ago.

• I don't suggest you try this and other intense removal creams if you are prone to keloids or scarring or have really sensitive skin.
• I've been diagnosed by a dermatologist over 10 years ago that my bumps around my eyes are syringoma. I didn't go forward with any treatment by that doctor because he didn't seem enthused about offering the services to me as he kept iterating that they do come back.
• I decided to treat them myself because the bumps were getting to be so many and growing bigger!

I've been following Alodia on instagram for years because I'm so enamored by her cosplaying. Because I follow her, I've also seen pictures of her love life, when she was dating Wil and then when they broke up.

I'm so happy she found a guy who seems very ambitious and not content creating as a big focus. He's a business man in the wine industry. I think that two people having two different careers can be great and bring in some interesting factors into the relationship.

2021 has been a grand year for those who would like to go down memory lane while driving in their cars and listening to the radio. Thanks to Olivia Rodrigo, drivers can go back and think about their youth with nostalgia while commuting to their regular routine for work or school. Her music touches many generation with her lyrics and vocals.

Driver's License is an important song but Traitor is really meaningful to me as I resonate with that song so much.

Over ten years ago, I went through the biggest break up of my life. When my boyfriend at the time and I broke up, I had an inkling for the few weeks before that he had met someone. However, I ignored that feeling and didn't try to pry because I didn't want to cause any unnecessary drama in the event that I was wrong. On the day that he broke up with me, he had asked me to come over that very day to talk to me about something very important. Originally, I told him that I couldn't that very minute and he said that if I didn't come over, then he didn't think we'd ever see each other again.

I thought maybe he had missed me and needed me to give him attention that very minute in person. When I arrived and saw his face, I realized he didn't want me to come immediately because he missed me but because he wanted to break up with me in person. We sat down in his bedroom and he said he didn't think we'll work out. I flat out asked him, "Did you meet someone?"

He denied it and I was not convinced but calmly told him that when you meet someone new, it may be exciting but it'll be the same cycle over again. You'll find someone better later down the line and maybe have regret and so breaks up with the next person.

The most important thing for a great relationship to work is to have loyalty. If you can't be loyal, it'll never work out. I learned a lot about myself at that very moment. I knew that I treasure loyalty above all in a relationship, even if I felt that I "loved" the person. Without loyalty, I would still be miserable with the person I love.

After I said my same cycle bit, he almost wanted to retract what he said. He said "maybe I'm making the biggest decision of my life" but at that point, I felt so betrayed that I could not stay in that room anymore. I don't want a relationship that's full of doubt and betrayal so I stood up and said, "It's too late. You can't just throw me away and pick me up again like trash" and I walked out of there as fast as I could. He ran after me crying in the living room. Before I closed the front door, I said to him "Whatever you're looking for, I hope you find it because it's obviously not me."

I don't remember if I had ever been more hurt in my life. I cried all the way down to my car, but I also knew he felt a bit of this hurt too. I was surprised that we broke up that day but I was even more surprised that he broke up with me with such remorse.

The end of that relationship broke me for 2 more years afterwards. I was in and out of two casual relationships for the next couple of years and then I finally worked enough on my self-care, like going to the gym and eating healthier, that I finally got over it and eventually found the love of my life who shares the same important morals as me. The love of my life proposed to me and eventually we got married with kids. Yes, he is the Sailor who made me his girlfriend and now I'm his wife.

I had forgotten about my heartbreak that happened over a decade ago and how that deep hurt felt like until I heard Olivia Rodrigo's Traitor song and it took me back. It kind of helped me give clarity while hearing it because I was never sure if he had cheated on me but I was absolutely sure that he betrayed me. However, I had never labeled his wrong-doing so clearly before with one word. He was a traitor.

This sounds gross but for some women who are concerned about this, this post might come very helpful.

Last month, during my period, a fibroid tissue passed. At first, I was startled because I was scared that some thing that's part of my organs was not suppose to come out. However, after doing some research online, I realized it's most likely a fibroid tissue.

I didn't take a picture of it but it was whitish and looked like clumps of big cells bundled together. It had fibrous strings around it as well. If I were to guess it was almost a quarter in diameter. It got me thinking: if I had one that just passed, maybe there are more in there. Upon doing more research, it says the a third of women have this. Some also use the term "benign tumor" as a replacement for fibroid tissue. 

Why Did All of a Sudden a Fibroid Tissue Came Out on Its Own?
I was wondering this for awhile afterwards. Why did a fibroid tissue come out on its own and kind of got rid of itself? I've changed my diet considerably in the last 6 months after finding out that I have high cholesterol levels after some bloodwork came back. So, I lost 10 pounds within a few months, ate less meat, tripled my vegetable and fruit intakes and ate less processed food. I wonder if all of the healthier eating habits helped get rid of a fibroid tissue? There's one other thing that the doctor's office suggested that I also do and it is to work out. I haven't been able to work out during this pandemic and it's because I don't like doing online work out videos or working out at home. I enjoy going to the gym but my gym shut down during the pandemic, like closed for business for good. 

However, after this fibroid thing came out, I'm going to have to try harder and get a work out routine going. I want to get rid of any more if there are still some in there. I read online that you can get an ultrasound to see if you have fibroid tissues in your uterus. A gynecologist could order an ultrasound for you. I haven't done that but it's helpful to think that I can find out how many I really have.

I've also read that sometimes they diagnose endometriosis mistakenly when it's fibroid tissue from what I've researched and it could affect your menstrual cycle. Stress, bad eating habits and hormones can increase the growth of fibroid tissues so this is an instance where the problems are definitely happening internally where we can't see.

So stay healthy, don't hold a grudge and practice healthier habits!

I have just found out from Instagram that Wengie has changed her name Wraya! I think it suits her and she is growing and evolving. I totally support her. You can just tell that she is super creative, a hard worker and revolutionary with her ideas. She has absolutely fantastic taste in everything!

She's at 2 million followers on IG now but I think we'll most likely see a surge shortly as she's launching new music under her new name Wraya. I'm expecting a more grown up and edgier type of music. I can't wait to hear it.
