Feeling burned out by real estate as an agent

While I was pregnant with my son, I took a real estate class and got my license to become a REALTOR. I joined an agency and my wonderful office took me in and showed me the ropes. I got my license in October, gave birth in February (4 months after joining the agency) and am now just slowly getting back into it in July (5 months after giving birth). Even though I've been in real estate for only 9 months, I feel really burned out.

Unemployment Benefits if you Quit Your Job as a Military Wife due to Relocation

When I moved from California to South Carolina due to my husband's contract with the navy ending and he found a new job in a different state, I had to quit my job. After sadly turning in my resignation letter after 6 years of working for the company and taking a couple of weeks to move, someone asked me if I had put in my unemployment claim because I was a military wife.

Finding a job takes hours a day. It's a job itself.

I've been applying online for jobs. Every application takes hours to fill because they are all different with their own different tests to take. And the sad thing is, most of them don't call you back. Imagine when there were no online applications and you had to fax it or mail it in? Then you knew at least someone was touching your paper. Now, there are scanning softwares that scan resumes for recruiters so they can find the right key words without sitting for hours shuffling through papers. ...
