My parents were originally from Vietnam so I grow up in America eating a lot of Vietnamese food. One of the dishes my mom would make is "muc don thit" which is stuffed squid. She usually uses ground pork as stuffing. For this dish, I used ground chicken that I found at Food Lion. I also added some smoked sausages in the dish to give it a bit of spice. The squids looked cute all stuffed. Although some may not like squid, it's very delicious once you get used to the texture. We usually use toothpicks to secure the stuffing inside.
